My Decision to Attend College Recently I had a communion with my COO regarding my role with the company I have been on the job(p) for for the past five years. I was expressing my discontent with how hard I felt that I worked and yet was not shown the appreciation I deserved. Yet when he asked, I couldnt get througher precise examples. We agreed that we would both think about it and meet at once more to discuss in a couple days. As I drove home from work I thought about where that came from and what was really exhalation on. I told him how I felt that I wasnt being challenged, I wasnt using my talents, and that I felt stuck. He was honest and receptive with me.
