Australia desperately needs to a greater extent National Parks. Currently there be five snow and sixteen National Parks in Australia, including eleven gentleman Heritage areas. That may seem a lot, but in terms of area, they only cover 3.42 per cent of the land ascend of the continent. National Parks help to preserve our endangered wildlife, and are becoming increasingly crowded due to growing tourism. In addition, creating unexampled National Parks will relieve the pressures of crowding in existing park areas and allow more room for the thousands of sight who visit National Parks each year. With increasing international tourists visiting Australia to see its famous wildlife, we need to provide more venues to cater for them. Also, with a more environmentally aware hostel today, there has been a renewed popularity amongst Australian residents to spend their refreshment time in the outdoors. More National Parks would deflect our existing parks from getting over-crowded and suffering.
