I spirit that this accurately measures my someoneality because there are times where I am actually shy, and there are times where I can fit right in and not be a bit shy. Most of the time it takes me a piddling bit to warm up to people before I can feel comfortable.

High scorers tend to be nervous, high-strung, insecure, worrying; Low scorers tend to be calm, relaxed, secure, hardy. I am a generally anxious person and tend to worry about things.
