Abraham Maslow was born in New York in 1908 and died in 1970. Maslow developed the Hierarchy of Needs model in 1940-50s USA, and the Hierarchy of Needs theory trunk valid today for understanding human motivation, management training, and private development. The Maslows Hierarchy of Needs five-stage model is clearly and at one time attributable to Maslow; later versions of the theory with added motivational stages are non so clearly attributable to Maslow.
